We are thrilled to present Music for Humanity, a live concert featuring the joint talents of Hudson Chorale and Westchester Chorale Society to be performed under the baton of artistic director David Baranowski with full orchestra at Manhattanville College in Purchase NY on Friday, May 19 at 7:30pm and Sunday, May 21 and 3pm.

Experience glorious, moving music in a tremendous setting. Our concert will include Johannes Brahms’ ein Deutsches Requiem (A German Requiem), a colossal work for chorus, orchestra and soprano and baritone soloists; and two shorter pieces, Pavanne by Gabriel Faure and a contemporary choral work, Benedictus by Karl Jenkins. To do justice to these works, we are joining with Westchester Choral Society to bring together over 100 singers, along with more than 40 instrumentalists. Our venue is the spacious O’Byrne Chapel at Manhattanville College, Purchase, with seating for 500 or more at each of two concerts.
